Job summary

Pacera, a financial operations software company, seeks a seasoned Product Marketing Lead to own the marketing strategy and drive launches for the product portfolio. You will bridge product development with market messaging, coordinating across product management, sales enablement and customer success to maximize recurring revenue.

The role is strategic yet hands‑on, with an opportunity for leadership as the team scales in response to market and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience within a product marketing function, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record building product marketing strategy and leading product launches of varying scale.
• Expertise in positioning and messaging for both technical and business audiences, internal and external.
• Demonstrable commercial impact on new‑logo acquisition and on cross‑sell / upsell and recurring revenue.
• Strong cross‑functional partnership with product management, marketing, sales enablement and customer success.
• Excellent storytelling, written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence without authority.
• Analytical, data‑driven approach to measuring and optimising product marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product marketing strategy aligned to growth objectives.
• Develop market understanding, buyers, users, competitors and problems solved.
• Define core positioning, value proposition and narrative for the portfolio.
• Establish frameworks, templates and ways of working for the wider organisation.
• Define tiered launch framework and orchestrate cross‑functional launches end‑to‑end.
• Build messaging to internal and external audiences including partners, customers and press.
• Equip sales with enablement assets and ROI tools.
• Develop customer‑facing content and run competitive intelligence.
