Job summary

Matters is a Stockholm-based fintech building AI-native experiences to simplify personal finance for millions of users. As Senior Product Manager, you will own a core part of our product from discovery to launch, turning ambiguous problems into clear priorities and backing decisions with data.

You will work closely with engineering and design to ship fast, while coordinating with commercial stakeholders to align on outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer or fintech products at scale.
• A strong track record of using metrics and data to drive product decisions, not just report on them.
• Hands-on experience with customer research and analytics, and comfort digging into the data yourself.
• Proven ability to take a product from ambiguous problem to shipped outcome.
• Clear, structured communicator who can align engineering, design, and stakeholders.

• Define and track the metrics that matter, and use them to generate insights that shape what we build next.
• Run customer research, market intelligence, and data analysis to build a deep understanding of customers and the business.

• Monitor the business impact of what you ship, and course-correct based on results.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to ship fast, and with commercial stakeholders to align on outcomes.
• Run experiments to test your assumptions, and adjust based on what the data shows.

About the role
