Join us and be a part of our journey to transform the way businesses win more deals!

Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing product team.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of one of our core product areas, taking accountability for driving measurable business impact and maximising value creation.

You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-To-Market teams to lead hypothesis-driven discovery, shape commercially viable solutions, and build systems that learn and grow.

If you thrive in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments and love rolling up your sleeves to build AI-driven products that create compounding value — we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

This role requires a balance of desirability, feasibility, and viability focus:

Business & Outcome Ownership
  • Define and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap, aligned with company objectives and focused on driving measurable business outcomes (ARR growth, retention, LTV, activation etc).
  • Act as a business owner for your domain, balancing trade-offs between customer value, technical investment, and commercial viability.
  • Partner with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to shape monetisation, pricing strategy, and packaging to ensure new capabilities successfully drive revenue and market adoption.
Continuous Discovery & Validation
  • Lead hypothesis-driven discovery and validation cycles, utilising experimentation, rapid prototyping, and deep customer engagement to reduce risk and maximise evidence-based learning.
  • Gather insights from customers, prospects, and market trends to identify significant opportunities and inform product decisions.
AI as Strategic Leverage
  • Identify, scope, and implement AI and GenAI technologies to create compounding user value, automate core processes, and establish meaningful product differentiation.
  • Define and improve feedback loops that connect product usage data, new insights, prioritisation, and the overall system of growth.
Execution & Cross-functional Accountability
  • Translate validated opportunities into clear requirements and user stories. Prioritise ruthlessly against key metrics and measurable business outcomes to maximise impact.
  • Drive shared accountability for outcomes with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Marketing teams, ensuring seamless product development and successful market launches that meet business goals.
  • Direct initiatives to integrate new data technologies and methodologies, ensuring our data assets are optimised for maximum effectiveness, governance, and AI capability.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of connecting product outcomes directly to business metrics (e.g., ARR, activation rate, retention, efficiency).
  • Demonstrated experience in continuous discovery practices, including hypothesis-driven testing, experimentation, and opportunity mapping.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with monetisation/pricing strategy, ROI evaluation, and market positioning.
  • Track record of building AI-augmented products that create exceptional user leverage, not just technical novelty.
  • Fluency in product analytics and decision frameworks.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking with the capability to think in loops and systems, designing for compounding growth and scalable learning.
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity and a hypothesis-driven decision-making mindset, prioritising learning over rigid roadmap adherence.
  • Technical Proficiency: working knowledge of SQL and advanced data visualisation tools required.
Benefits
  • The chance to work with a very knowledgeable, high-achieving and fun team.
  • An international, diverse, dynamic and committed work environment.
  • The opportunity to work remotely, with a flexible work schedule.
  • Mental Health support with Auntie.
  • Annual company retreats in sunny locations and team off-sites
