Job summary

Poly Syncer is looking for a skilled product designer to join as the second member of the design team, taking broad ownership over various visual systems and interacting directly with engineering. Your key task will be to redesign the strategy composer, and you will also manage the leaderboard and trade-history dashboard.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in fintech or data-heavy SaaS, fluency in Figma, and the ability to prototype in code. The position offers a competitive compensation package of $140k–$190k base plus equity, with a remote-first approach centered in Stockholm.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of shipped product work in fintech or data-heavy SaaS.
• Fluency with Figma and good typography skills.
• Willingness to read and understand order-book code.

Responsibilities

• Redesign the strategy composer as the first major project.
• Own the visual system, interaction patterns, and data displays.
• Work directly with engineering without PM intermediaries.
