A leading financial services group in Sweden is seeking a skilled Visual Designer to enhance digital experiences across their Savings and Investments offering. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in visual design and app design, and is proficient in Figma. Responsibilities include designing screens, evolving design systems, and collaborating with teams to ensure high visual quality. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in visual design or product design.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles.
• Experience in app design.
• Very strong proficiency in Figma.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Experience with animations and micro-interactions is required.
• Experience of product development in teams is required.
• Experience with financial products is a merit.
• Experience launching new products is a merit.

Responsibilities

• Design screens and interfaces for digital services.
• Visualise ideas and concepts in Figma.
• Create and further develop components and design systems.
• Ensure a coherent visual experience across colour, typography, and components.
• Design animations and micro-interactions.
• Collaborate on motion, feedback, and haptics.
• Develop new design patterns.
• Contribute to raising the product’s visual quality.
