Simployer AB, a Stockholm-based HR-tech company, is building a robust data foundation and seeks a Senior Product Analyst to own metric definitions, drive product usage analysis, and build dashboards product teams reach for weekly reviews.

You’ll partner with product managers and engineers across domains, translating questions into defined metrics, documenting them so teams share a common language, and shaping the modelled data layer to serve people and AI agents.

Competenze

• Several years of product analytics experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze warehouse data.
• Experience with product analytics tools and event data.

Mansioni

• Own metric definitions and ensure consistent naming across teams.
• Drive product usage analysis and build dashboards for weekly reviews.
• Collaborate with the lead data engineer to shape the modelled data layer for both users and AI agents.
