Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience with C#/.NET and backend engineering.
• Experience building and operating high-volume, production-critical transactional systems with strong SQL skills and data modelling.
• Strong architectural judgment and scalable, reliable, secure systems including Redis.
• Hands-on approach: writing, reviewing, and improving production code.
• Experience leading engineers or owning a major platform with clear cross-functional communication.
• Pragmatic, collaborative mindset balancing long-term direction with delivery.
