Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience with client-side/web apps.
• Ability to take ownership of systems and long-term decisions.
• Strong JS/TS background and modern web tech understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve core client-side platform components including UI systems and client-communication layers.
• Shape architecture for scalability, maintainability, and long-term strategy.
• Identify technical debt and drive improvements and refactors.
• Lead integrations between games, external platforms, and partners using OpenRGS.
• Mentor developers, review code, and share knowledge across teams.
• Design and maintain internal tooling to improve developer productivity.
