Job summary

L&T Technology Services Limited (LTTS) in Gothenburg seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead automotive Ethernet switch validation programs, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across Europe. You will drive delivery excellence, interface with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, and ensure alignment with vehicle network architectures.

The role requires deep knowledge of Layer-1/2/3 networking, Automotive Ethernet, and system integration, plus strong program management and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 15-22 years of experience in Automotive Embedded Systems, Networking, or Ethernet Validation.
• Minimum 5+ years of Program Management experience leading global automotive programs.
• Proven experience working with Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
• Strong customer-facing and delivery management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Automotive Ethernet programs from requirement analysis to production release.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource planning.
• Interface with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and global engineering teams.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, milestone tracking, and customer reviews.
• Ensure compliance with ASPICE, Functional Safety, and Automotive Quality standards.
• Manage multi-location engineering teams across Europe and offshore delivery centers.
• Provide technical oversight for Automotive Ethernet Switch Testing and Validation programs.
• Define verification strategies for Ethernet networks within vehicle architectures.
• Guide teams in debugging and root-cause analysis of complex network issues.
• Review network architectures, validation plans, test cases, and automation strategies.
• Drive system-level integration testing and performance validation.
