Job summary

Integro Consulting AB seeks experienced Project Leaders for IT, Manufacturing and Engineering projects in Gothenburg. You will manage one or more projects and act as a consultant on customer sites, ensuring deliveries according to the time plan.

You will lead cross-functional teams of 5–15 people, coordinating activities across sites and working within SAFe and DVP processes. A university degree and PMP certification are required, with several years of automotive industry project management

Qualifications

• University degree / MSc or equivalent.
• Formal training in leadership and communication.
• Project management training.
• PMP certification mandatory or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in technical project management within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more IT, product development or engineering projects on time, within scope, budget and quality goals.
• Lead a cross-functional core team of 5–15 people, coordinating activities across sites and ensuring delivery.
