Job summary

Foxway AB is seeking a Senior Platform Developer to help evolve the Foxway Digital Platform. The role blends hands-on coding with ownership of complex features and mentoring junior developers.

You’ll work across customer-facing platforms, collaborate with partners, and shape development practices while exploring AI-assisted approaches. Offices in Solna, Göteborg or Växjö with in-person collaboration four days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience with React, NestJS, Next.js and Tailwind.
• Experience with multi-system development landscapes and dependencies.
• Ability to take development work from problem to working solution.
• Experience with structured development, releases and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Professional fluency in English (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve Foxway Digital Platform (FDP) and connected platform capabilities.
• Take ownership of complex development tasks and investigations.
• Drive new development and capabilities across customer-facing platforms.
• Review development work and contribute to stable, high-quality releases.
• Support planning, estimation and technical breakdown of development work.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external development partners.
• Transfer knowledge from external partners into Foxway.
• Build development routines, documentation and ways of working.
• Guide and support junior developers as the team grows.
• Explore modern development practices and AI to build smarter and faster.
