Qualifications

• Several years of experience building and running platforms or infrastructure for development.
• Strong understanding of container-based environments and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes).
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP or similar).
• Built and improved CI/CD pipelines used by multiple teams.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation at scale.
• Solid understanding of observability (logs, metrics, tracing) and production environments.
• Experience improving developer experience and reducing friction in development workflows.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership of the bigger picture – from idea to working platform.
• Understands the connection between technology, delivery speed, and business value.

Your experience
