Strong understanding of container-based environments and orchestration.
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP or similar).
Built and improved CI/CD pipelines used by multiple teams.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation at scale.
Solid understanding of observability and production environments.
Experience improving developer experience and reducing friction.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with developers and architects.
Ability to take ownership of the bigger picture.
Understands the connection between technology and business value.

Your experience

Several years of experience building and running platforms or infrastructure for development
Strong understanding of container‑based environments and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes)
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP or similar)
Built and improved CI/CD pipelines used by multiple teams
Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation at scale
Solid understanding of observability (logs, metrics, tracing) and production environments
Experience improving developer experience and reducing friction in development workflows
Comfortable working cross‑functionally with developers, architects, and business stakeholders
Ability to take ownership of the bigger picture – from idea to working platform
