Job summary

Optimus Search is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join a major pharmaceutical project in Stockholm. You will develop and maintain the project schedule using Primavera P6 and coordinate engineering, construction and commissioning activities across multiple packages.

The ideal candidate has pharma or life sciences project experience, works with large-scale construction, and communicates effectively with stakeholders. Fluent Swedish is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with pharmaceutical or life sciences projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling for integrated programs.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Swedish.

Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join a major pharmaceutical project in Stockholm.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the project schedule using Primavera P6
• Manage integrated engineering, construction and commissioning programmes
• Coordinate schedules across cleanrooms, HVAC, piping, electrical and automation packages
• Monitor progress against the baseline schedule
• Produce weekly progress reports, forecasts and look-ahead schedules
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and project stakeholders
• Identify programme risks, delays and critical path activities
• Support recovery and mitigation planning
• Manage the programme through construction, commissioning and handover

Requirements:

• Previous pharmaceutical or life sciences project experience
• Experience with MEP, cleanrooms and commissioning activities
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Swedish
