Job summary

CoolPeople Technology is seeking a Business Analyst with strong banking and payments experience to support a complex migration of recurring-payment and clearing processes. You will bridge business and IT, document AS-IS flows and translate requirements into clear specifications, collaborating with architects, the Product Owner and IT teams.

Hybrid work is available with at least 3 days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Document AS-IS payment flows and business rules
• Analyse migration requirements and translate into specifications
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessment across processes, systems and stakeholders
• Gather and clarify requirements; maintain Business Requirements Specifications and use cases
• Transform business requirements into technical specifications
• Support migration planning and preparation for development
• Work closely with architects, the Product Owner, Product Specialists, business stakeholders and IT teams
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking/payments
• Strong requirements elicitation and management skills
• Business/process analysis and process mapping
• Experience with AS-IS analysis and business rules
• Gap analysis and impact assessment
• Experience with complex transformation or migration initiatives
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Availability for hybrid work: at least 3 days per week in the office
