Abion AB is seeking a proactive Paralegal to join our Swedish Legal team in Stockholm. You will support IP attorneys in managing trademarks and design portfolios, ensuring deadlines and filings are handled with precision.
The role involves coordinating with colleagues across Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Malmö, with a focus on data quality, compliance, and effective client communication. Swedish and English proficiency is required.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Swedish Legal team. Based in our Stockholm office, you will work closely with colleagues across Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Malmö, becoming an important part of a collaborative and supportive team.
In this role, you will help keep our IP work running smoothly by ensuring that deadlines, filings, and records are handled with accuracy and care. You will also provide day-to-day support to our IP attorneys in managing and developing our clients' IP portfolios, making a real contribution to both the team and the client experience.
Prepare, file, and support the prosecution of trademark and design applications.
Manage and maintain IP portfolios, ensuring high data quality and compliance with applicable requirements.
Draft and coordinate correspondence with clients, external counsel, and intellectual property offices.
Monitor, track, and meet deadlines for trademark and design matters (including docketing and follow-ups).
Support IP attorneys with prosecution and enforcement work, including documentation and case administration.
Assist in litigation-related matters by collecting, organizing, and maintaining relevant information and documents.
Several years of relevant experience as an IP paralegal role (trademarks and/or designs).
Knowledge of trademark and design procedures and timelines.
Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency with portfolio/databases and legal research tools.
Experience with, or willingness to learn, IP docketing software.
Professional fluency in Swedish and English.
