Job summary

Abion seeks a proactive IP Paralegal based in our Stockholm office to support our Swedish legal team with trademarks and designs. You will help manage filings, docket deadlines, and records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates across client portfolios and internal systems.

• Several years of relevant experience as an IP paralegal (trademarks and/or designs).
• Knowledge of trademark and design procedures and timelines.
• Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with portfolio/databases and legal research tools.
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, IP docketing software.
• Professional fluency in Swedish and English.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Swedish Legal team. Based in our Stockholm office, you will work closely with colleagues across Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Malmö, becoming an important part of a collaborative and supportive team.

In this role, you will help keep our IP work running smoothly by ensuring that deadlines, filings, and records are handled with accuracy and care.
