About you

• You have 3-5 years' experience as a patent attorney or patent engineer, during which you have gained a solid understanding of the profession's requirements and processes.
• You have worked independently with advanced patent matters in relevant technical fields, such as AI, computer-implemented inventions, software, electronics or telecommunications.
• You have documented experience of independently drafting and prosecuting patent applications from idea to granted patent, including handling communication with authorities and responding to office actions.
• You hold an academic degree in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering or physics - preferably at an advanced level. A doctoral degree is advantageous.
• You are analytical, meticulous and motivated by tackling complex technical challenges. You have also demonstrated initiative and the ability to manage several parallel projects.
• You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills and can tailor your communication to different audiences. Knowledge of Swedish is an asset.
• You have experience of independently building and nurturing client relationships as well as successfully attracting new clients and developing collaborations over time.
