Precis Digital is seeking a Paid Search Director to lead enterprise client initiatives and advance paid search as a strategic growth lever. The role requires senior expertise, cross-functional influence, and deep platform knowledge to drive business impact.

You will connect client teams with platform partners and global priorities, elevating strategy, audits, and QBRs while expanding enterprise accounts and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Senior expert leading enterprise paid search strategy and investments.
• Ability to translate complex paid search dynamics into commercially aligned recommendations.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams in a high-growth agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client leadership and drive business impact for key enterprise clients, linking paid search to growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Identify growth opportunities across existing clients, including platform diversification, measurement improvements, automation, and data integration.
• Define the local strategic direction for paid search, aligning global priorities with local execution and elevating client roadmaps, audits, and QBRs.
• Ensure cross-solution collaboration by integrating paid search into wider client strategy and agency value proposition, working with leadership across media, data, strategy, and creative.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with platform partners (Google, Microsoft/Bing, etc.) to translate innovations into client value and secure exclusive opportunities.
