Job summary

Kraken is seeking a results-driven Product Manager to own onchain hybrid initiatives across Kraken Pro and Consumer. You will shape the roadmap, coordinate across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, and Partnerships, and translate complex on-chain concepts into simple user experiences.

In this role, you will lead discovery, prioritization, and launches, defining key metrics and using data to drive continuous improvement. A strong track record in crypto, Web3, or financial services is required.

Qualifications

• Experience taking products from ideation through go-to-market and iteration.
• On-chain experience is required, with experience closer to the underlying on-chain ecosystem strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build internal buy-in across competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken's hybridization efforts across Kraken Pro and Consumer.
• Shape and drive the broader onchain hybrid roadmap.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations and expand capabilities.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration.
