Job summary

Ramboll Group A/S seeks a Senior Risk Manager & Scheduler for Offshore Wind to lead project controls, risk management and scheduling across offshore wind projects.

You will develop integrated schedules, define governance, facilitate risk workshops, perform Monte Carlo analyses, and mentor junior consultants while supporting business development.

The role offers flexible working from home a few days per week, private health and life insurance, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in offshore wind or major energy infrastructure projects.
• Extensive project controls, PMO and risk management experience.
• Hands-on scheduling experience using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
• Experience performing Monte Carlo base quantitative schedule and cost risk analyses.
• Excellent commercial understanding and experience presenting to client executives and investment stakeholders.
• Collaborative working style, analytical mindset and clear client focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of integrated project schedules.
• Define project controls frameworks, governance structures and reporting standards for offshore and onshore wind projects.
• Facilitate risk workshops and maintain project risk registers.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments including integrated schedule and cost risk analysis.
• Develop mitigation plans and monitor risk reduction actions.
• Support project governance, FID preparation and executive reporting.
• Provide project controls advice across development, procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning phases.
• Mentor junior consultants and support capability development.
• Support business development, proposals and strategic client relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement of methodologies and digital tools.
