Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Senior Risk Manager & Scheduler for Offshore Wind to join the global Wind Development, Construction and Operations Advisory team. You will lead delivery of project controls services across offshore wind projects, focusing on risk management and scheduling.

The role involves developing integrated schedules, defining governance, conducting risk analyses, mentoring juniors, and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in offshore wind or major energy infrastructure projects.
• Extensive project controls, PMO and risk management experience.
• Hands-on scheduling with Primavera P6 and risk analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated project schedules.
• Define governance structures and reporting standards.
• Facilitate risk workshops and maintain risk registers.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analyses.
• Mentor junior consultants and support capability development.
• Support business development and client relationships.
