Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture across the full development lifecycle.
• Develop and scale applications using modern C# and .NET 8/.NET 10.
• Design event-driven and asynchronous solutions using AMQP messaging.
• Optimise hybrid data storage strategies, including distributed SQL and in-memory/document databases.
• Implement and leverage observability tools to support system reliability and performance.

• Strong experience with event-driven architecture and AMQP messaging.
• Experience with observability/monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace or SolarWinds.
• Strong software architecture and technical leadership experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working in agile, collaborative and client-facing environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building robust and resilient REST API integrations with external services.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with microservices and enterprise cloud architecture patterns.
• Previous experience mentoring developers or leading technical direction within an engineering team.
