Job summary

Us3 Consulting is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join long-term, business-critical assignments in the insurance sector. You will combine hands-on C#/.NET development with technical leadership, taking ownership of architecture, implementation and ongoing development.

You will collaborate with clients and agile engineering teams, shaping technical direction, mentoring developers and delivering reliable, scalable solutions. Strong English and modern .NET expertise are essential.

Qualifications

8–12 years of professional .NET/C# development experience.
Proven experience with modern .NET (8/10) and enterprise apps.
Experience with event-driven architectures and AMQP messaging.
Strong English, written and spoken.
Experience mentoring developers and leading technical direction.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design and architecture across the full development lifecycle.
Develop and scale applications using modern C# and .NET 8/.NET 10.
Design event-driven and asynchronous solutions using AMQP messaging.
Optimise hybrid data storage strategies, including distributed SQL and in-memory/document databases.
Implement observability tools to support reliability and performance.
Drive technical discussions with clients and provide technical leadership within delivery teams.
Mentor colleagues and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
Support and guide agile engineering teams in client-facing environments.
