Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Stockholm, Sweden, seeks a senior .NET architect to design, build and scale mission-critical insurance platforms. You will own solution architecture, drive technical discussions with stakeholders and mentor developers.

You will work with AMQP-based messaging, distributed SQL databases, cloud-native microservices on Azure, and modern .NET 8/10. The role emphasizes reliability, observability (Splunk, Dynatrace or SolarWinds) and agile delivery in a fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of .NET development with C# expertise in insurance domains.
• Take technical ownership of solution architecture across design and deployment.
• Lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Design and optimize hybrid data storage, including distributed SQL databases.
• Implement event-driven architectures using AMQP-based messaging.
• Ensure observability and reliability with modern monitoring tools.
• Provide technical direction and mentor engineers.
• Develop cloud-native microservices with .NET 8/10 and REST APIs.
