Job summary

Jefferson Frank in Stockholm is seeking several Senior .NET Developers to join a growing team. You will work as a consultant on client engagements, building modern systems and digital solutions, and participate in client meetings where strong communication matters as much as technical skill.

The role is based in Stockholm with a hybrid model (2-3 days per week) and requires Swedish language capability. A staying power and client-facing confidence will be valued highly.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' professional experience in .NET development (.NET 7+).
• Proficiency in React and Azure cloud.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience designing/consuming CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Experience with AI-assisted development (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.).
• Strong communicator who can present to clients and stakeholders.

Senior .NET Developer/Architect - Stockholm

A well-established, independent consultancy in Stockholm is growing its .NET team and looking for several Senior .NET Developers to join. They've got new projects underway with well-known Swedish clients, and want experienced developers who can hit the ground running - and represent themselves well in front of those clients.

This is a smaller, independent firm rather than a large body-of-staff consultancy - which means flexibility, an entrepreneurial feel, and a genuine "people-first" culture. Their model is simple: their success depends on their consultants, so employee experience comes first, with a real emphasis on work-life balance and a supportive, open environment. The role

What we're looking for (.NET)
