Job summary

Voi Technology is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to predict near-future demand for our 150k+ vehicles across 100+ cities, tackling scalable fleet optimization with first-principles reasoning.

You will design, build and maintain ML models, work with cross-functional teams, apply real-time inference and MLOps in cloud environments, and translate business challenges into production-ready solutions. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with focus on business value and user impact.
• Experience with first-principles modeling for complex problems.
• Proficiency in Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience delivering end-to-end ML projects from problem understanding to results.
• Hands-on experience with real-time inference and MLOps in cloud environments.
