Job summary

Voi Technology is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a cross-functional product team while staying close to the code. You will mentor engineers, influence delivery, and help shape the team’s culture in a growth-focused environment.

You will partner with Product and Design to align priorities, drive high-quality delivery, and push for architectural excellence across backend, web, and mobile platforms. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

4+ years hands-on engineering in modern tech stacks.
Experience across backend, web and/or mobile development.
2+ years in tech lead, senior, or informal leadership roles.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a cross-functional product team, while staying close to the code.
Partner with the Product Manager and Designer to shape priorities and roadmap.
Lead by coding, review PRs, and contribute to technical decisions across backend, web and mobile.
Champion engineering excellence and promote best practices for fast, sustainable delivery.
Coach engineers through feedback and mentorship, supporting growth.
Promote agentic engineering practices and adoption of AI-assisted development.
Foster an inclusive culture with psychological safety.
