Job summary

Voi Technology AB in Sweden is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own and deliver end-to-end ML/AI projects. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, prototype from first principles, and monitor business impact while advancing MLOps and platform health.

The role emphasizes production-grade software, real-time inference, and English fluency, with a focus on leveraging cutting-edge AI tooling and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Clear focus on business value and user impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with first-principles modeling.
• Forward-leaning attitude toward LLM-based approaches with Python proficiency.
• Experience delivering projects end-to-end from business challenges to results.
• Hands-on experience with real-time inference and/or MLOps in cloud environments.
• Production-quality, maintainable software development experience.
• Higher education in mathematical sciences or data-centric degree.

Responsibilities

• Own and contribute to end-to-end machine learning and AI projects, in close collaboration with business stakeholders, and the rest of your team
• Formulating solution hypotheses, defining data requirements, prototyping, implementing in production, and continuously monitoring model health and business impact
• Maintain and improve Voi's machine learning platform to ensure our machine learning products adhere to state-of-the-art MLOps standards, with support from the team
• Work with colleagues to improve team processes and support mutual learning and knowledge sharing
