Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping ML systems to production.

• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end ML projects from data to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build core ML systems powering a proactive product.
• Own data prep, training, evaluation, inference and iteration end-to-end.
• Turn research ideas into production-ready systems.
• Debug model failures and system issues using production signals.
• Iterate quickly: ship, measure, refine and repeat.
• Collaborate with research, product and engineering to deliver user impact.
• Mentor and review ML engineers’ work.
• Operate under production constraints: latency, cost, reliability and safety.
