Job summary

Besedo is seeking a senior AI/ML professional to lead the productionization, deployment, and optimization of ML systems across Implio's content moderation platform. You will own end-to-end ML lifecycle from research to production with a focus on reliability and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong ML depth, MLOps experience, and the ability to drive architecture and best practices across teams, all in a fully remote EU setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or Data Science.
• 6+ years in ML engineering and MLOps with production delivery.
• Proven ability deploying models to production with latency, throughput and observability considerations.
• Strong Python and ML framework experience (PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Responsibilities

• Lead productionization and deployment of ML models in mission-critical environments.
• Design and optimize training/retraining pipelines and feature generation workflows.
• Build high‑performance inference services and deployment patterns.
• Drive inference optimization and cost/performance trade-offs; ensure reliability and observability.
• Communicate results and trade-offs to stakeholders for business value.
