Job summary

Neko Health AB seeks an experienced ML Engineer to own the operational lifecycle of its LLM, GenAI and RAG systems. You will deploy, monitor and iterate on production ML workflows using proprietary sensor data within a regulated medical device QMS.

You will sit in the ML Engineering Area and collaborate with the MLOps team to build a scalable, reliable platform for clinical ML and GenAI use cases across Skin, Cardio and more.

Qualifications

• Solid MLOps fundamentals across the full lifecycle, experiment tracking, training and monitoring.
• Fluent in Python and core ML concepts, with a track record of shipping end-to-end production ML systems.
• Hands-on experience building LLM or GenAI applications: prompt engineering, RAG, agents or chains.

Responsibilities

• Stand up MLflow Tracing observability, prompts, tool calls, retrievals, latency and cost across production pipelines.
• Build an evaluation suite with LLM judges and human feedback loop via review apps.
• Ship at least one RAG or agentic pipeline to production with versioning for safe rollout and rollback.
• Create a cost, latency and GPU capacity framework for choosing serving strategy.
• Integrate LLM Ops with the MLOps team to ensure reliability in clinical workflows.
