Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in Microbiology or related field.
• 10+ years in QC or R&D with microbiological methods.
• Experience with GMP/GxP and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for microbiological methods, troubleshooting, and method development.
• Lead microbiological method validations and documentation.
• Ensure GMP/GxP compliance across QC operations.
• Coach and mentor QC staff and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare technical reports and support audits.
