Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a life science field.
• 5–8 years in pharma/biotech or regulated industry.
• Strong GMP knowledge and microbiology QA experience.
• Experience leading investigations and change controls.
• Knowledge of risk management principles.
• Proficient in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in microbiology across QC, Manufacturing and Technical Operations.
• Ensure GMP compliance for microbiological control strategies and sterilization processes.
• Lead investigations, deviation management and CAPAs.
• Drive continuous improvement of microbiology lab processes and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance in cross-functional projects and regulatory activities.
• Support validation, qualification of methods, equipment and processes.
• Contribute to a collaborative, compliant quality culture.
