Job summary

Galderma Nordic AB is seeking a senior Quality Control Specialist - Microbiological Methods to lead analytical method work within the QC organization. You will serve as the technical authority, drive method validations, and mentor QC colleagues across functions and sites.

The role requires extensive microbiology experience, GMP/GxP knowledge, and strong communication in Swedish and English. You will help ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement in our diagnostics and therapeutics

Qualifications

PhD or Master’s degree in microbiology or related field.
10+ years in Quality Control or R&D with a microbiology focus.
Strong experience with method validation and GMP/GxP requirements.
Proven ability to train, coach, and communicate complex technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME in microbiological methods, troubleshooting, optimization, and method development.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QC teams and cross-functional partners.
Lead microbiological method validations, including design, execution, and reporting.
Ensure analyses comply with GMP, GxP, and Galderma quality standards.
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate quality and compliance risks; support deviations.
