Qualifications

• Building Services Engineer or Mechanical Engineer with 8+ years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering small to medium mechanical pharmaceutical projects.
• Pre-commissioning and system turnover experience; HVAC/building services expertise.
• Strong communication and leadership with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate construction projects across the Kirby mechanical unit.
• Develop project safety and quality plans.
• Chair handover, staffing, procurement planning and project controls.
• Attend client meetings and lead weekly progress with sub-contractors.
• Ensure on-time, safe delivery and handover to client.
