Job summary

Nordea is seeking a full-time IT Analyst to join the Marketing Technology (MarTech) group in the Digital Platform Development team. You will work with platform owners in Sweden and analysts across Poland and Finland to implement changes and optimize customer communications.

The role focuses on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium and integrations, with a hybrid work model across Nordea’s Nordic footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Adobe Experience Platform and related tools (Edge network, Federated Audience Composition, Data Distiller) from an IT perspective.
• Experience managing online data collection and forwarding tools (Tealium EventStream, SDKs).
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, JSON payloads, authentication and error handling.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for MarTech platforms like Adobe Experience Platform, Pega Next Best Action and Tealium EventStream.
• Drive platform changes, configure platforms, and optimize customer experience.
• Manage online data collection tools and deploy updates to Tealium and SDKs.
