Job summary

Are you ready to play a central part in growing NKT's planning organization and contribute to major projects that power the green transition? As Senior Manager Project Planning, you will lead, develop and inspire a team of project planners supporting our global project portfolio.

Manage and develop a growing project planning organization

In this role, you will develop a team of project planners, ensuring high planning standards across tenders and projects while embedding NKT's leadership principles. Improvements in tools and processes are implemented, ensuring high-quality planning deliverables. In addition, you coach your team, balance workloads and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to elevate planning performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a skilled team of project planners across all functional areas.
• Maintain planning quality by ensuring consistent use of standards, guidelines and processes
• Ensure timely delivery of planning documents for tenders and projects
• Coordinate continuous improvements, including new tools, methods and reporting systems
• Oversee workload balancing, delegation and coordination across planning teams

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and report to the Director Head of Planning. The position is based in Karlskrona.
