Job summary

Telia Cygate is seeking a Linux Engineer to join our container‑driven Managed Services delivery. You’ll design and operate our Kubernetes‑as‑a‑Service platform, build CI/CD pipelines, and optimize cloud workloads across Telia Cygate’s hybrid environment.

With 5+ years in container tech, you’ll mentor peers, contribute to automation, and stay ahead of cloud‑native trends. Location flexibility across Sweden is supported, with a collaborative culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of container technologies experience (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong CI/CD background with Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficient scripting in Bash, Python or Go; automation focus.
• Agile mindset and collaborative in cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in Swedish and good English; capable of mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Telia Cygate's Kubernetes‑as‑a‑Service platform.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for secure application delivery.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize containerized apps and infra.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate container solutions.
• Resolve challenges related to container tech and cloud platforms.
• Stay current with cloud‑native trends and best practices.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and developers.
• Contribute to platform service and automation improvements.
