Job summary

Telia Cygate in Solna is seeking a senior Linux Engineer to design and operate the Kubernetes‑as‑a‑Service platform. You will develop CI/CD pipelines, monitor and optimize containerized workloads, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate container solutions into existing systems.

The role requires leadership capabilities, mentoring, and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset. Remote work options are available within Sweden, with strong emphasis on cloud‑native practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with container orchestration and containerized workloads.
• Strong background in CI/CD workflows and automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Scripting and automation skills in Bash, Python, Go or similar.
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Telia Cygate’s Kubernetes‑as‑a‑Service platform
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for secure and efficient application delivery
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize containerized applications and infrastructure
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate container solutions into existing systems and workflows
• Resolve technical challenges related to container technologies and cloud platforms
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices within cloud-native technologies
• Mentor and support junior engineers and developers within the container ecosystem
• Contribute to continuous improvement of platform services and automation capabilities
