Job summary

Navinci is seeking a Quality Control Lead responsible for overseeing laboratory QC activities to ensure product safety, quality, and compliance throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. You will perform routine testing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an ISO standards laboratory. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, alongside hands-on experience with relevant technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an ISO standards laboratory environment.
• Hands-on experience with immunostaining, immunoassays, antibodies, microscopy, or related technologies is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality control testing of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.
• Lead and coordinate daily operations within the QC laboratory.
• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, analytical methods, and quality documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor product quality performance throughout the product lifecycle.
