The role emphasizes seniority, craft, and shipping—own the release pipeline, integrate AI into patient experiences, and influence iOS strategy in a stable, profitable healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional iOS development.
• Strong architecture sense and practical opinions.
• Experience with both modern and legacy UI frameworks.
• Experience with testing and TDD is a plus.
• Experience integrating with backend services and modular codebases.

Responsibilities

• Define clean, sustainable iOS architecture and drive migration.
• Build end-to-end features with product managers and designers.
• Improve testing practices and bring TDD into the team.
• Introduce AI capabilities into the patient experience on mobile.
• Own the release process and deployment pipeline.
• Collaborate with Android to ensure a coherent cross‑platform experience.
