Doktor.se is Sweden's leading digital health provider building a new data platform. Join a small data engineering team to redesign foundational data warehouses, unify multiple sources, and create trusted reporting for finance, operations, and leadership.

You’ll work with Python, SQL, and modern tooling to push AI-driven automation into pipelines. You will collaborate across backend, product and finance, shaping how data is produced upstream, not just consumed downstream.

• Designed and run data platforms in production

Responsibilities

• Reshape and own the data platform foundations
• Unify and integrate operational databases, Amplitude analytics and S3 data
• Build observability: lineage, freshness, and meaningful alerts
• Own reporting used by finance, operations and board
• Collaborate with backend, product and finance teams
• Apply AI to pipeline boilerplate, schema generation, and exploration
