Job summary

Inter IKEA Systems B.V. is seeking two senior Co-worker Communications Leaders to join the Internal Communications team in Malmö. One position is permanent, the other temporary for about seven months to cover parental leave.

Both roles start around 1 November 2026 and report to the Internal Communications Manager. We are looking for experienced professionals who will help turn strategy into impactful communications, guiding stakeholders and ensuring coworkers stay informed, engaged and connected

Qualifications

• Solid internal communications experience with strategy to execution.
• Strong stakeholder management, with ability to advise, influence and push back.
• Clear understanding of IKEA’s vision, values and culture.
• Hands-on mindset to create, edit and deliver communications.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into impact through clear, engaging comms across channels.
• Guide stakeholders, shape narratives and transform priorities into communications.
• Ensure coworkers understand their role in the bigger picture.
• Collaborate with team to inform, engage and connect coworkers in a changing environment.
