Xcede in Sweden is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join our growing Identity and Access Management function. You will design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ and cloud IAM infrastructure across on-premises and cloud, in hybrid environments, with hands-on engineering and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, or equivalent.
• Hands-on IAM engineering experience.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Knowledge of GDPR/DORA security standards.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ and cloud-based IAM infrastructure.
• Drive cloud identity orchestration across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.
• Build and automate scalable identity workflows with IAM architects and developers.
• Ensure performance, availability, security, and compliance of IAM solutions.
• Support access management, lifecycle processes, access reviews, and policy enforcement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM infrastructure and integration challenges.
