Job summary

Xcede in Sweden is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join our growing Identity and Access Management function. You will design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ and cloud IAM infrastructure across on-premises and cloud, in hybrid environments, with hands-on engineering and cross-team collaboration.

About the role

We're looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to join a growing identity and access management function, working on both on-premise and cloud-based IAM infrastructure. This is a great opportunity to work on complex, large-scale identity solutions across hybrid cloud environments, with a mix of hands‑on engineering and cross-team collaboration.

What you’ll do

• Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ and cloud‑based IAM infrastructure.
• Drive cloud identity orchestration across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.
• Build and automate scalable identity workflows together with IAM architects and developers.
• Ensure performance, availability, security, and compliance of IAM solutions.
• Support access management, lifecycle processes, access reviews, and policy enforcement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM infrastructure and integration challenges.
• Work closely with the Physical Security team on an immediate priority project to integrate SailPoint with several physical access control systems.

What you’ll bring

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in software and/or infrastructure engineering within IAM.
• Hands‑on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. Experience with Identity Security Cloud is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of SailPoint architecture, deployment, and configuration.
• Experience with cloud identity orchestration and hybrid identity environments.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, Active Directory/LDAP, SQL, and scripting (PowerShell or Python).
• Familiarity working with PAM solutions and IAM standards such as SAML, OAuth, and SCIM.
• Understanding of automation, CI/CD, and modern cloud-native solutions.
• Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory requirements (GDPR, DORA).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in agile environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
