We are seeking an experienced Senior IAM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions. The role requires deep expertise in modern identity platforms, access governance, regulatory compliance, and IAM transformation initiatives across complex enterprise environments.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade IAM and IGA solutions.
Define IAM architecture and integration strategies across cloud and on-premises environments.
Drive application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access governance, and migration from legacy IAM solutions.
Design and implement authentication and authorization frameworks using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, LDAP, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Establish governance frameworks including role-based access control (RBAC), entitlement governance, access certification, and segregation of duties.
Provide technical leadership for IAM transformation initiatives and support key architectural decisions.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define IAM requirements and deliver sustainable solutions.
Identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency through standardized processes and tooling.
Ensure IAM solutions align with security best practices and regulatory requirements.
Support audit readiness, compliance initiatives, and governance reporting.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for identity federation, Single Sign-On (SSO), privileged access concepts, and access governance.
Monitor and continuously improve IAM effectiveness, performance, and security posture.
10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint and/or Saviynt platforms.
Deep knowledge of IAM protocols including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, LDAP, and MFA.
Proven experience in Access Governance, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and Identity Lifecycle Management.
Expertise in RBAC design, entitlement management, access certifications, and governance controls.
Experience integrating IAM solutions across hybrid cloud and enterprise environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Git-based development workflows, and automation capabilities.
Strong understanding of security frameworks, audit requirements, and compliance standards.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience leading customer-facing discussions and large-scale IAM transformation programs.
Experience with enterprise IAM modernization and transformation programs.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, DORA, or equivalent standards.
Experience mentoring teams and driving governance maturity initiatives.
Relevant IAM or security certifications are highly desirable.
