Job summary

Red Global in Sweden seeks an IT Infrastructure Coordinator for a contract role starting August 2026. You will support onboarding of enterprise apps to IAM/SSO, coordinate with application teams, track milestones, risks, and dependencies, and ensure compliance with security standards and timelines.

The position requires proactive, analytical work and strong communication with stakeholders. 3 days per week onsite travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management and security principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with application teams to onboard applications to IAM and SSO.
• Drive onboarding activities, manage milestones, risks, dependencies and blockers.
• Track end-to-end onboarding portfolio and identify delivery risks.
• Support application owners through onboarding, ensure security standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare regular project status reports with progress, risks and actions.
• Work in an Agile environment using Jira to manage tasks.
