Job summary

Orange Cyberdefense in Sweden seeks an experienced IAM Lead Architect to drive our Identity and Access Management offering. You will lead expertise, processes, and strategic initiatives, coordinating with consultants to translate strategy into practical solutions.

You bring deep IAM knowledge, governance, and business acumen to advise clients, shape roadmaps, and strengthen our position in Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IAM, with a strong link between security, governance and business needs.
• Experience advising executives and shaping IAM strategy, roadmaps and operating models.
• Experience in Identity Governance, Access Management and Privileged Access Management.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop strategic IAM offering.
• Advise clients on IAM strategy, architecture and technology selection.
• Support governance, processes and ways of working within IAM.
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to client offerings in IAM.
• Act as a senior advisor in client dialogues, workshops, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to translate strategy into practice.
• Foster knowledge sharing and team growth.
• Represent IAM to clients and stakeholders.
