Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to design, engineer, and deliver climate systems for HVDC converter stations, ensuring reliable operation globally. Based in Ludvika or Västerås, Sweden, you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and guide projects from concept through commissioning.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree with a focus on heat transfer and fluid mechanics, plus experience with HVAC equipment and ASHRAE standards.

Qualifications

• Design and calculate climate systems for HVDC converter stations.
• Review designs, drawings, and technical specifications to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate climate systems in HVDC plants.
